132- BMW M1 PROCAR "NO. 90"

The Procar Series race in Nuremberg in 1980 involved 50 laps around a 2.3km circuit. Marc Surer in the BMW M1 Procar was one of the heroes of the fourth race at the Norisring. He was sensationally successful with the best time in training and third place in the race. The look of the BMW also got people talking. The light blue already makes the car an eye-catcher, and the clever zip motif that covers the racer in bright yellow shows how innovative BMW were prepared to be with this car.
