GREAT WHITE SHARK

The Great White Shark is one of the largest marine predators and knows few competitors. It owes its name to the whiteness of its belly that contrasts sharply with its gray back. It is found in all temperate waters of the globe, mainly shallow waters. He has a very developed hearing and smell, making him a formidable hunter. It is 13 to 20 feet long and has an impressive jaw with triangular teeth, sharp as razor blades. The White Shark is carnivorous and feeds mainly on large fish such as tuna, but also seals, turtles, dolphins and even other shark species.
